01 Mission 1

WMIS — New design system

Context

The project?

Following the rollout of a new visual identity across the entity, a new design system was created for all WM applications, products and websites.

My role?

  • I carried out the visual research, and proposed and created every element making up the design system (mobile & tablet formats).
  • With the design team, we selected the final components and wrote guidelines for each, for developers.

02 Mission 2

myImpact — Investor profile website

Context

The project?

BNP Paribas Wealth Management launched a website called myImpact: an educational questionnaire for Wealth Management, Private Banking and Key Clients customers, to discover their investor profile.

My role?

  • I assessed the user experience of the existing site using the Heuristic EvalUsability Table (UX) tool, to surface areas for improvement.
  • I evolved the design and user experience, keeping the existing design system in place (2019), to resolve the pain points that emerged.

03 Mission 3

WM/WMIS — SharePoint

Context

The project?

To standardize communication and collaboration between teams, BNP Paribas Wealth Management wanted to roll out a Microsoft solution: SharePoint.

My role?

I observed how the internal tools were actually used, during an exploration and research phase, to understand the frustrations and needs of the entity's employees:

  • Qualitative study — 15 interviews, including creating an interview guide.
  • UX personas.
  • Value Proposition Canvas.

Outcome?

I created the WMIS SharePoint site tree — every site and sub-site — then made recommendations on Home Page layout to Owners, along with training sessions.
